About the EU at the UN - European Union Delegations

The delegation in Kenya is responsible for bilateral relations with Kenya and Somalia as well as for EU relations with the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and the UN Centre for Human Settlements (HABITAT). The delegation supports relevant departments in DG Environment and DG Development in engaging in policy dialogue across the range of priority areas covered by UNEP: environmental information, assessment and research, including environmental emergency response capacity and strengthening of early warning and assessment functions; development and development of policy instruments; water; technology transfer and industry; and support to Africa.
